Suggested Use:

Hair Wash
- Wet hair thoroughly to the roots
- Squeeze some hair wash in your palm
- Massage into scalp first, then work through hair from root to ends
- Rinse thoroughly with cool or mildly warm water, and repeat if desired
- Follow up with a nourishing natural conditioner
Body Wash
- Wet body and squeeze some gel wash in your palm or on a sponge
- Massage across body, working into a mild lather, and rinse well

Pro Tip: Cleanse with warm water. Then progress to cooler water in the rinsing phase.
